Since 1995
"Is" is my name. I have been working in the food service industry since 1995. The first restaurant in which I teamed up with my partner was located on Beacon Street. The name of it is "RodDee". We were becoming famous after the opening since we had many good reviews and great compliments from our customers.
Now, I think it is the right time that the next generation of my family to take care of my original recipes. We gather around and decide to open the "Is'Original" at 1671 Beacon Street here in Brookline. I sincerely hope that my experience and my original recipes will continue to give happiness to my lovely customers again.
